Zoya Meg with Kawaii Slytherin

Hey there, this is one of my St. Patrick's day manicures I wore.
I put 2 coats of Zoya Meg.
After that was dry I dabbed on Kawaii Nail Lacquer Slytherin
and topped with 2 coats of top coat.
Zoya Meg is a lime green metallic polish.
The wear time was ok, not great.
But, most metallic polishes seem to chip quickly on me anyway.
I love this manicure and received lots of compliments.
It was easy and fast, so that was my favorite part, lol.
Thanks for stopping by!

Zoya Meg was a gift, but I am sure you can find it on their website.
Kawaii Slytherin was an etsy purchase from 2 years ago.
Great brand by the way.

Zoya Kimmy

Zoya Kimmy 2 coats.
Oooooh how I love this polish.
It is like a candy apple on my finger tips.
The hints of gold make it even more special.
This is from the 2011 Zoya Sunshine collection.
(my fav of all their collections)
I am missing a couple,
which I hope to acquire soon.
Thanks for stopping by!

Revlon Scandalous

Hey there.
I wore Zoya Julieanne before and wanted
to use it as a base for the next mani.
This is 2 coats of Revlon Scandalous
over 3 coats of Zoya Julieanne.
After all that, I used 2 coats of top coat
 to smooth out the glitter.
I like the result.
Thanks for stopping by!

Zoya Julieanne

Hello,
This is Zoya Julieanne, 3 coats.
It was released in the Fall 2010 Wicked and Wonderful collection.
In the bottle, this polish appears to be a multi chrome.
However, it does not translate on the nail.
The color is a pretty vampy dark purple.
Thanks for stopping by!

Ozotic Sugar 902 over Zoya Storm

Hey there!
Here is a quick swatch of Ozotic Sugar 902 over Zoya Storm.
I received both as gifts this past month and wanted to try them out.
As you can see Ozotic Sugar 902 is amazeballs!
The color shift is so pretty!
From purple to pink to turquoise blue and royal blue, the glass flecks are amazing.
I put 2 coats of each of the polishes and 1 top coat layer.
I did chip my index finger.
You can see me trying to hide that in the picture, lol.
I believe you can purchase this at...
or

I hope your mother's day was a good one.
My day was awesome.
My sweet husband gave me 3 more charms for my pandora bracelet.
The crystal blue, crystal pink, and the hello kitty charm.
I forgot to takes pictures of all of us. Darn it!

Zoya Storm LA Girl Black Illusion comparison

Hey! I have a couple of polishes to show you for comparison.
Zoya Storm and LA Girl 3D Effects Black Illusion.
I put 2 coats of each.
Both went on with out any issues.
The dry time on both was great.
Wear time was the same.
They are practically exact duplicates.
Do you need both?
No.
The formulas as well as the look are exactly the same.
I could not tell them apart in real life and you can see the same
in the pictures.
You can purchase LA Girl 3D Effects at Rite Aid drugstores for $4.80 plus tax.
I purchased all the colors but the pink and silver.
I plan on posting more comparisons with the
LA Girl 3D effects.
I hope this post helped you.
Thanks for stopping by!

Zoya Kimmy

Zoya Kimmy (2 coats)

Hey people!
I hope your New Year is going well.
I am getting over a cold, so its already getting better :)
I have a lovely Zoya polish to show you.
Kimmy is from the 2011 Summer Sunshine Collection.
Its a shimmery candy apple red that I love.
The formula reminds me of OPI DS Luxurious, which is fabulous.
It is good with 1 coat, but I put one more just in case.
My secret Santa gave this to me as well.
I added a picture of myself at the bottom.
I took it on NYE.
We had family over and shot fireworks in the street.
Good family fun :)
I am so excited to start eating cleaner and going to the gym.
I had to put it off because of being so sick.
I will post those things for you as I go.
Thanks for reading!

Zoya Twila

Zoya Twila (1 coat)
over
Color Club Cold Metal (1 coat)
with
Top coat (1 coat)

Hey again :)
I have another polish my Secret Santa gave me, Zoya Twila.

I coupled it with Color Club Cold Metal for a few reasons.
One, because the color matches perfectly.
Two, because it dries fast.
Three, because the formula is perfect to work with and is opaque in 1 coat.
Color Club Cold Metal is from the Fall 2011 Foiled Collection.
Cold Metal is a true blue silver metallic polish that any blue polish lover should own for the above reasons.

Zoya Twila is from the Gems & Jewels 2011 Holiday Collection.
Twila is glitter polish in a clear base with tiny blue glitters and bar glitters
in blue, silver and holographic silver colors. It can be worn alone in 3-5 coats.
But, I prefer to layer it as I did in these pictures.

Zoya describes it as...
"Zoya Nail Polish in Twila can be best described as: A unique bar glitter in a bright blue shade with hologram glitter accents.? A glitzy shade that can be worn alone or layered to add sparkle to your manicure"

Enjoy the pictures and thanks for stopping by!

Zoya Ivanka

Zoya Ivanka (4 coats)

Hey! Here is a beauty that was given to me by my secret santa.
This reminds me of Color Club Ho-Ho-Holly and Orly Under the Mistletoe. However, Zoya Ivanka is very sheer and required 4 thin coats, where CC Ho-Ho-Holly just took a couple coats. I wore this a couple days before taking these pictures, please excuse the tip wear.

I hope everyone's weekend is going well.
Mine is.
Thanks for reading!

Zoya Kissy / Weight Loss

Zoya Kissy (3 coats)
Top coat (2 coats)

Hi! I wanted to wear another one of my gifts from
my Secret Santa, Marissa. This is Kissy by Zoya.
Kissy is from the Gems & Jewels Holiday 2011 collection.
This is a unique glitter that has red, pink, purple and silver holographic glitters in tiny and bar shapes.
The bar glitter in this polish is perfect and doesn't stick out at all.
I wore it alone in 3 coats, but next time
I will wear it as a top coat over a similar color.
Great addition to any collection of a glitter lover :)

I don't have that many followers. So, of those followers I doubt many have read through all my posts about losing weight. I lost some weight in September and October, about 10 pounds. But, since then I have gained 6 pounds back. That is entirely because I have been lazy and stuffing my face with junk. I know the problem and now I am getting off my ass and fixing it. I am not getting any younger and life is too short for me to just settle. Being healthy is my goal, not being skinny. I suffered from an eating disorders from age 14 to 30. This last year I stopped damaging myself from binge eating and purging and I am very proud of that, but I also need to keep bettering myself. There are other things I am setting my sites on besides my appearance and health, like playing the piano and different hobbies. Enough rambling...thanks for reading :)

Breakfast
I took my vitamins as well as drinking lots of water.

Crowtoes Thing and Zoya Faye

Zoya Faye (2 coats)
Crowtoes Thing accents (1 coat)
Top coat (1 coat)

Hey, I wanted to wear some more of my awesome gifts from my Secret Santa.
Here is Zoya Faye and Crowstoes Thing.
I started with Zoya Faye, 2 coats. Great formula on this baby!
Zoya says "Faye can be best described as: A bronzed mauve with purple and brown undertones flooded with bright gold sparkle.  A unique gilded shade that will work in any season."
I have some pictures on the bottom of this post of Zoya Faye by herself.
I think the gold tones in Faye compliment my skin tone.
Zoya Faye is from the Summer 2011 Sunshine Collection.
I really wanted to try Crowstoes Thing and decided on accenting Zoya Faye with it.
Good move? I'm still undecided. But, its here for you to see :)

Crowtoes Thing was inspired by the Addams Family character "Thing".
The Addams Family is a TV series from the 1960s.
He was the severed hand that moved around with its fingers.

Crowtoes Thing is much more attractive in my book, lol.
Thing is packed with medium and small hexagon glitters
in bronze, gold, blue, green, red, purple, orange, and silver with accents of gold square glitters.
The bronze colored glitters is what sets this multi color glitter apart from the many indie multi colored glitters. I LOVE it :) The formula was thick and was easy to apply by dabbing and spreading.
Thanks for reading and enjoy the pictures!
