Nyan Cat!

This was one of the days I was most looking forward to doing.

I also special ordered some decals to be made for this day as well

from RLR Creations.

I started with 2 coats of Color Club Harp On It (silver linear holo)

Then added the decals on top and 1 coat of top coat.

Isn't it cute?!

Nyan Cat is the name of a YouTube video, uploaded in April 2011, which became an Internet meme. The video merged a Japanese pop song with an animated cartoon cat with the body of a Pop-Tart, flying through space, and leaving a rainbow trail behind it. The video ranked at number 5 on the list of most viewed YouTube videos in 2011.-Wikipedia.

Day 3- U Jelly? Ninja Polish Alexandrite

Hey again!

Day 3- U Jelly?

Use a Jelly polish or a mani everyone will envy...

It was hard for me not to wear a jelly, bc I LOVE Jelly polishes.

But, I thought, I better wear the GEM of a polish I have.

 I present to you Ninja Polish Alexandrite.

(I received it as a Christmas present from my secret Santa)

Currently, this polish is not available.

But, never say never! 

It may return...but, don't hold your breath...lol.

Anyway, I chose to wear this beauty over

China Glaze Smoke and Ashes (My favorite black)

 and China Glaze For Audrey (mint greenish color).

I added 2 coats of Ninja Polish Alexandrite on top and 

decals I ordered from RLR Creations.

Super easy nail art that looks great!

I don't know why more people don't use nail decals.

I had these custom made, like the others I have shown you so far.

I topped it off with HK Girl Top Coat, 

my favorite quick dry top coat in the world.

(I received it as a Birthday gift)

Day 2- Rage Faces

Hey again! 

I have been wanting to wear some 

of my untried e.l.f. polishes I got for Christmas.

They came in a cube, you may have seen them.

 I swatched each one of them and they all have great formulas. 

I chose to wear e.l.f. Misty Haze a medium gray creme polish, 2 coats.

I figured gray was a good rage face color.

I also used the same RLR Creations nail decals

 I special ordered for this challenge.

I was going to add more...

but, I loved Misty Haze so much I didn't want to cover anymore of it.

Please notice my pointer finger has Jackie Chan doing the "Whhaaaaaaaaaat?!!!?!" face.

Day 1- All The Things

Hey there!

 I am a day late posting this. 

I thought this started on Monday (today). 

But, I see it started yesterday.

Oopsy!

Day 1 is "All the Things" and when I see this 

I always think "Buy ALL THE HOLOS!"

So, I decided to do all holos in a rainbow pattern 

with a decal of the "All the Things" Meme in the center.

Super easy and fast manicure.

I special ordered my nail decals from RLR Creations from facebook. 

She is a sweetheart and always works with me and my odd requests. 

From top to bottom the holos that I used are...

Red-Jade Vermhelo Surreal

Pink- Jade Delirio Rosa

Orange- Color Club Cosmic Fate

Yellow- China Glaze GR8

Green- Nubar Reclaim

Blue- Color Club Over the Moon

Purple- Color Club Eternal Beauty

Revlon Girly

(Sorry about the fuzzy picture above)

Hey! 

I received Revlon Girly as a gift in April 

and wanted to share it.

The base of Revlon Girly is a bit lighter pink than I like.

So, I used China Glaze Dance Baby, 2 coats, as a base.

I layered 1 coat of Revlon Girly over that.

I then added 2 layers of top coat.

I like the result.

My favorite thing about Girly is the accent

 small pink glitters with the medium purple glitters.

You can find Revlon Girly at most places that sell Revlon.

Risque Viuva Negra

Hey!

Have you ever just closed your eyes and let your hand pick the polish

when you didn't know what to wear?

Well, this is the result of one of those times.

Usually, I will re pick if I'm not in the mood for that color.

But, this time I stuck to my guns.

I was not in the mood for vampy.

Especially since it was supposed to be clear skies sunny the next day.

Here is a Brazilian brand Risque in the color of Viuva  Negra.

Its a black polish with tons of tiny red glitters.

I didn't get good pictures of the red glitters.

The pictures I took just make the polish look black.

I wore 2 coats.

No top coat.

I received this in a swap from a buddy in Brazil as a surprise.

I can see myself reaching for this on a gloomy day though.

I really did like wearing it.

Nabi Navy Blue Hologram

Hey!

Look at this beautiful blue color!

This is from the brand I have shown to you before, Nabi.

Its a cheap brand that can be found on eBay.

This is 2 coats of Nabi Navy Blue. (which is not navy blue in color btw)

The accent nail is 2 coats of Urban Outfitters Silver Holo.

I added a nail sticker to bring it all together.

I then added 1 coat of HK Girl top coat.

I did not use a base coat right before.

 I had Duri Rejuvacote on the day before.

This may have effected it.

But, I had chipping after the first day.

I did wash my hair, which tends to test my polish, lol.

Bummer.

You can see on my pointer finger where I tried to dab on a

bit of polish to cover up that chip.
