Dance Legend Inhale

Dance Legend Inhale-3 thin coats
No top coat
Super sparkly for St. Paddy's day!
It was a pretty day here in Atlanta so
I had to wear green and holo.
This was my choice.
Cute, I think.

So, I did two days of cleansing with this new diet I am doing.
It was hard, but I can see and feel a difference.
The energy and motivation I have is unreal.
I am getting errands and house chores
(Spring cleaning) done that I have been putting off for over a year.
I feel healthier.
I am glad the cleanse is over though.
The shakes are yummy and I can mix them with fruit.
I look forward to that and working out tomorrow.
I couldn't work out really on the cleanse days
because of the lack of calorie intake.
Which was good for me because of all the house chores
that need to be done.
I used my usual 2 hours of workout for cleaning.
I will post my progress pictures once there is noticeable progress.

Thanks for stopping by!

Dance Legend Neptune

Dance Legend Neptune #853, 2 coats. No top coat.
This is such a dynamic holographic polish from Russia.
Neptune was released along with
3 other polishes in their Holodays collection.
I also order Blanco from this collection, but have yet to try it.
This beauty took 2 easy coats and
lasted a couple days before chipping started.
Although, I didn't use base or top coat.
The color is like a bright blue jean blue.
The holographic particles are chunky and linear.
I REALLY like this polish and just like my other Dance Legends,
I will be wearing it again.

Thanks for stopping by!

I have entered myself and my family along
with a few groups of my friends
and their kids into the Color Run in downtown Atlanta.
Should be fun!

All the pictures are in direct sunlight.
I did not alter the pictures in anyway.

Dance Legend Hysteria

Dance Legend Hysteria, 3 thin coats plus top coat.
Be still my beating heart.
Chunky scattered holographic polish in my perfect shade of pink!
I want ALL of the WOW Prisms by Dance Legend.
Dance Legend is my favorite brand now.
I have planned to sell a lot of my unloved polishes and
start to use the money to purchase these babies as well as the
other outstanding releases this company has made and will continue to make.

I apologize for the blurriness of the pictures.
Trust me, the polish is amazing.
I was constantly staring at my nails.

My kids had their end of year parties and they were great!
The cats were late to be ready for pick up (the ones we are adopting)
So, we will get them in the morning.
I will update when Mickey and Minnie arrive :)

Happy Summer!

Dance Legend Just Another Star

Dance Legend Just Another Star 2 coats
OH MY GOODNESS! This is really real.
This is a chunky scattered holographic polish that covered in 2 coats and
is super saturated in color.
My favorite holographic collection is or was
China Glaze Kaleidoscope from 2009.
Dance Legend was able to recreate the glory that China Glaze showed us.
Now, I only have this one polish from the Wow Prism collection
that was just recently released.
I plan on purchasing more, however, the price is a bit high at $13.00 each.
And there are 18 colors in this particular collection.
So, I may just get the ones that really catch my eye and slowly collect the others when I get a chance.
I purchased it from Llarowe.com

But, back to this particular polish, number 30, Just Another Star.
The color is gorgeous.
These photos in the sun make it look a tad bit like fuchsia,
but it is more blue toned in the shade.
The formula is a bit runny, but manageable with care.
Brushing off the excess polish on both sides before applying helps with the uneven application.
The CG Kaleidoscopes are very runny as well. I wonder if the formula on this type of polish needs the to be thin in order for the large particles to be shown properly. It would makes sense if it were.
Below these pictures I will show a swatch picture another blogger took of all the polishes in this collection.
If you look at Just Another Star, the color is more accurate there.

Thanks for stopping by!

Dance Legend Fantastic Trip

Dance Legend Fantastic Trip 3 coats, no top coat.
Hello, there.
This is a wonderfully formulated holographic polish
from the Russian makers Dance Legend.
Number 8, Fantastic Trip is a pink toned nude color
that is classic and subtle.
I loved the formula, but not crazy about the color.
The color doesn't compliment my skin tone
and looks very boring away from the sun.
Because my collection of holographic polishes is large,
I doubt this baby with get much attention from me again.
But, only because of my preference in color, because the
application and stay time were excellent.

Thanks for stopping by!

And below is indoors with artificial lighting.
You can see how it appears more like a pink toned nude color.

Dance Legend Shock

Dance Legend Shock
2 coats, no top coat.

This is a holographic polish from the Russian brand, Dance Legend.
Shock (No. 3) is a rich strawberry pink color.
Their Prism collection is amazing.
I dare say, my favorite holographic line for linear holographic polish.
The strong holographic effect rivals any other brand.
The formula goes on smooth and evenly in 1-2 coats.
The dry time and stay time is wonderful.
The color selection is great.
I have no complaints other than I want more colors to buy! lol
I think that the cost of $13 a bottle is well worth the quality.
You can purchase this polish from the following retailers...
or
also, there is a Facebook group Color 4 U nails, I purchased from as well.
I do not have a link to that retailer. But, she is reliable as well.
Her name is Sisu, I believe.
(I deactivated my Facebook, so I can't recall exactly)

I suggest purchasing from one of these companies.
I purchased directly from the Russian retailer
and after a month of waiting I had to dispute my purchase
due to the order being lost in transit.
So, for peace of mind, I would purchase within the same country.

Thanks for stopping by!

31DC2013 -Day 6- Violet - Dance Legend Teleportation

Day 6- Violet
Ok, so this isn't exactly Violet, but it has a hint of it :)
I really wanted to wear this beautiful holographic polish
to the lake party I attended. So, I made it work.
This is 2 coats of Dance Legend Teleportation.
As with my other Dance Legend holos, the formula was perfection!
It goes on so smoothly and stays well.
I can honestly say this is my favorite holographic brand at the moment.
You can buy Dance Legend at the following stores...
For $13 each...worth every penny :)

Dance Legend New Messiah

Hello fellow polish lovers!
Here is a wonderful holographic polish by Dance Legend.
This is called New Messiah, number 7.
I started with 1 coat of Duri Rejuvacote and then 1 coat of Orly Bonder.
Then I applied 2 coats of Dance Legend New Messiah
and then 1 coat of HK Girl Fast dry top coat.
I am very impressed by all of the Dance Legend
holographic polishes' formulas.
They go on with such ease and dry quickly.
The color on this one is very unique for a gold.
New Messiah is a light champagne gold that has a glow-y effect
in the shade and low lights.
You can see this in the 3rd picture below.
I wore this manicure for a couple of days, then I decided to
practice my newbie skills on stamping.
I used Color Club Revvvolution to stamp with a zebra print.
Personally, I think it looked better without the stamping.
But, it was practice and only lasted one more day.

You can buy these for about $13 at these online stores...

www.ninjapolish.com

I bought mine for color4nails and she shipped quickly!

The price does seem a little high, but the quality is there and
with the polishes only taking 1-2 coats for full coverage, I think
they are worth every penny.

You can see the strong holographic linear effect in the picture above.

This picture above shows it in low light, see the dreaminess of this gold?

And my attempt at stamping is there, lol.

I bought some super cute shoes while school shopping for the kids.
I needed a reward! lol
The holographic BOBS shoes are so comfy!
Super stoked to add these shoes to my collection :)

Thanks for stopping by!

Blue holographic mani

Hello!
I wore this manicure because it was the first
day we had sun the whole day this summer.
It has been raining like crazy here in Atlanta.
I couldn't decide which blue holographic polish to wear.
I ended up wearing 4 different polishes.
I added top coat over all of them.
I used a base of Duri Rejuvacote and Orly Bonder.

On my pinkie nail I have a base of Maybelline Navy Narcissist
with 1 coat of Hits Hefesto holo top coat.

On my ring finger and thumb I have Dance Legend High Voltage (11).
I added nail stickers.

Middle finger is a base of Maybelline Navy Narcissist
with 1 coat of China Glaze Kaleidoscope Him Out.

My pointer finger is 2 coats of Hits Apollo.

Now I will talk about these polishes...

Maybelline Navy Narcissist is a gorgeous 1 coater.
It is a metallic polish that dries quickly.
Hits Hefesto is my favorite holographic top coat.

Dance Legend High Voltage is a wonderful
linear holographic polish that goes on like butter.
I used 2 coats.

Hits Apollo is a jelly like holographic that went on
smoothly with 2 coats.

Thanks for stopping by!

Dance Legend Optical Illusion

Dance Legend Optical Illusion

This import from Russia has been waiting to be in my collection
since my birthday in April.
I ordered it directly from Dance Legend, but
the package never arrived. So, I ordered
it from Color 4 Nails on facebook
and received my package in a few days.
I ordered the entire holographic collection.

I did not know which one to start with, since they are all
amazing looking in the bottle.
So, I put them in a bag and drew one out. lol

This is 1 coat!
I added 1 coat of HK Girl top coat.
It has a wonderful formula that went on easily.
I am in love.
The color of Optical Illusion is a deep plum burgundy wine color.
I have shown it below in the shade as well.
I like it in the shade and LOVE it in the sun.

The bottles are pretty cool, too.
The top of the bottle has the number that the polish is.
This polish has a 4 on the top.

These retail for $13 each and can be purchased at
www.Ninjapolish.com

Thanks for stopping by!

Below is the entire collection!
I can't wait to wear them all.
