China Glaze Ick-A-Bod-Y

Awakening Collection 2010

Hello! I bought this polish yesterday when I was in search of the new Color Club Halo Hues (holo). I wasn't able to get any, but I did find plenty of others :) China Glaze Ick-A-Bod-Y is from the 2010 Halloween Awakening Collecion. It has small metallic orange glitters in a yellowish green base. I have 2 coats on in the picture. I probably should have worn 3, but it'll be off by tonight anyway, lol. This color compliments my skin and I really like it.

Below is my LOTD.

I am wearing the usual of Urban Decay Naked foundation and Chanel powder. But, what I love is the Maybelline Color Tattoo in Audacious Asphalt (shimmery silver grey shade)and then blended it with Urban Decay Armor (medium grey with silver micro-glitter) and Anonymous (pale off-white matte) from the Vice palette. I didn't use primer this time. I love the result and will work the Maybelline Color Tattoos into my looks more often.

Lipgloss is Artistry Passion. My shirt is Express and my jeans are Jessica Simpson Jeggings.

Hello! Today I tried a easy tutorial. I started with a base coat of Orly Nail Defense. Then I striped with Color Club What a Shock (Neon Green), Color Club Almost Famous (Yellow), Ruby Kisses Hot Pink Obsession. Then I added striping tape in zig zags after the nail polish dried. Then I added 1 coat of Sinful Colors Whats Your Name (Shimmer Black). My mistake was I added my top coat too soon. There are smudges from the application. So, my tip to you is to make sure your black coat is somewhat dry before adding topcoat.

Color Tatto-Mossy Green and Urban Decay-URB

Hello,

Today I wore the new Color Tattoo by Maybelline called "Mossy Green".

I am new to the Color Tattoos and bought them in 4 colors, including this one. Personally, I could not see wearing it alone.

So, I had to couple it with my favorite eyeshadow brand, Urban Decay.

I added URB, which is a shimmery green from the "We don't do animal testing...How could anyone?" palette.

And for highlight I used Urban Decay-Vanilla from the 15th Anniversary palette.

I like the result.

 I used drugstore brands for the rest of my face.
