31DC2013 -Day 8- Metallic- Revlon Captivate

Day 8- Metallic
Hey again!
2 coats of Revlon Captivate.
2 coats of Essie Shine of Times.
1 coat of Matte top coat.
This manicure reminds me of crunchy autumn leave piles.
I think I liked this manicure more before I added the matte coat.
It is still pretty though :)

Revlon Scandalous

Hey there.
I wore Zoya Julieanne before and wanted
to use it as a base for the next mani.
This is 2 coats of Revlon Scandalous
over 3 coats of Zoya Julieanne.
After all that, I used 2 coats of top coat
 to smooth out the glitter.
I like the result.

Revlon Girly

(Sorry about the fuzzy picture above)
Hey!
I received Revlon Girly as a gift in April
and wanted to share it.
The base of Revlon Girly is a bit lighter pink than I like.
So, I used China Glaze Dance Baby, 2 coats, as a base.
I layered 1 coat of Revlon Girly over that.
I then added 2 layers of top coat.
I like the result.
My favorite thing about Girly is the accent
small pink glitters with the medium purple glitters.
You can find Revlon Girly at most places that sell Revlon.

Revlon Colorburst Lipgloss Swatches

Hello! I bought 9 Revlon Colorburst lipglosses from a lady in our beauty facebook group. I had been eyeing some of these at Walgreens. So, when she offered 9 brand new of them for $25 including shipping. I couldn't pass that up. Here are the things that I like...The packaging is great, you can see color easily and the top is easy to open. The applicator is soft and bends to my lips. The colors are a great range and compliment my skin. There isn't a smell. They aren't sticky.
The things I don't like...the stay time is only like 10 minutes. A person will need to keep reapplying it. I drink a lot of water throughout the day, so I have to apply this over and over and over.
Bordeaux didn't apply well and was patchy.
Below are close ups of the swatches.
You can buy these at any store that sells Revlon for about $7.99 or less.
