China Glaze-Smoke and Ashes with OPI Glow Up Already.

Hello! Here is a cute Hello Kitty Bat decal from RLR Creations.

I put China Glaze Smoke and Ashes on all my fingers but my ring finger.

China Glaze Smoke and Ashes is from

the Spring 2012 Hunger Games collection.

Smoke and Ashes is a black color with tiny blue green glass flecks in it.

 I wore it here in 2 coats.

Then, I added on my ring finger and tips OPI Glow Up Already is from the 2010 Holiday Burlesque collection. Glow Up Already is a gold base glitter bomb with pink, blue, green and silver glitter accents. I put 2 coats on my ring finger. Of course top coat to smooth it out. The water decal was added along with 2 coats of top coat. Isn't it adorable?

I blended Urban Decay Evidence (navy)

 with Urban Decay Deep End (turquiose)

 and Urban Decay Vanilla (cream shimmer)

Glitter eyeliner is Ruby Kisses in the Light Blue.
