My first franken and stamping!

Hey! I made this franken back in April 2012.

 I never wore it. 

I was cleaning out my stash and saw it and thought "why not?"

I put a picture of it plain below.

Its a purple polish with a few different sized glitter in it. 

It looked really plain so I tried stamping.

I am not good at stamping. But, I want to be better. 

So, here is a pretty good attempt (for me anyways).

 I added a coat of Hits Hefesto for a little holo action :)

I still have this on my left hand with barely any tip wear.

I put it on Sunday. 

Yay!

Here is my franken by itself with 3 coats.

I think I had a blue shirt on, because that reflection is not the polish.

This is another manicure I wore.

Kleancolor Blue Holo 1 coat

It took 40 minutes for the Kleancolor Blue Holo to dry on me, that's with Fast Dry top coat!

But, the end result is nice :)

I'm going on my 3rd day and no chips, just tip wear on 2 nails.

I am still wearing this on my right hand, lol.

I put this on Monday.

I am getting tired of the red red red hair I have 

and I was thinking of going this look by Spring.

Still not decided.

Hey there! I didn't plan on wearing this manicure. 

I am always on a mission to wear my untrieds.

 Sinful Colors Cinderella is one of them.

 I wore it for 3 days and posted in a group 

about how pleased I was with the wear time.

 (I coupled it with Color Club Factory Girl and Top Coat)

 I put a picture of that at the end.

And the maker of Ninja Polish, Rhonni, said she wore Ninja Polish Melted Snowman over the same manicure. 

So, of course I had to do that! lol

Update on my weight/fat loss journey.

I weighed in this morning and am back down to my low weight I was in October, 124. Yay!

 I have been eating small portions of healthy clean food.

Super proud of myself.

 I even resisted when we went to restaurants and ordered salads or 

just a steak and broccoli. 

I have worked out, but not enough.

Hit Polish Pixie Dust

Hey! Here is a indie polish called Pixie Dust. 

I bought this in hopes of it filling my need from OPI Mad as Hatter.

Is it a dupe? No, but its close.

OPI MAAH has different sized glitters and also has purple as a main color.

Hit Polish Pixie Dust has all the same sized glitter and does not have purple.

Do I like it? At first I was a bit disappointed. But, as time went on I caught myself looking at my nails. And it grew on me.

The formula is thick, but good to cover in 2 coats.

As expected with glitter bombs, it needed 3 coats of top coat.

This is what Hit Polish has to say about Pixie Dust...

"PIXIE DUST - This is one busy polish!! there are 17 DIFFERENT glitters in this polish :) all super fine in size, I would say 3 coats will give you full coverage and 1-2 you will see your base coat through. Essence Edward's Love Matted

Hey! I have Essence Edward's Love to show you.

 I decided to matte it just because

 I thought it would show of the silver bits much better. 

I think it did.

 I also added some pictures at the end of this post

 to show how it looked without matte top coat.

This is my first time wearing Essence.

I found the brush to be big, but not too big to work with.

I also saw the formula on Edward's Love was thick. 

Thick, but very workable and covered completely in 2 coats.

I am a big Twilight fan so I wanted this polish for that reason.

If you want to recreate this look, but do not have this polish,

Hey again! Here is another flakie I bought on a blog sale. 

I have been eyeing this baby since a swap I did in April.

I love red and I love flakies.

But, together this reminds me of a really red tomato cut in half, lol.

Its pretty. But, the gold orange flakies take away from the jelly red. 

I wonder if they had put a little blue flakies in what it would've looked like. 

Anyway, the formula was great and I had absolutely no issues with chipping after 3 days.

Hello, let me introduce you to my new favorite pink polish. 

This is my first Deborah Lippmann, 

thanks to a nice girl named Julia that had a blog sale. 

I paid her on Friday night and had it in my hands by Monday! 

Talk about a great seller!

 I bought this beauty, Hits Flamenco and Ciate Jewel.

 I will show you those 2 soon.

Anyways back to the jewel of my Wednesday.

Sweet Dreams is a hot pink jelly polish packed full of golden flakies. 

I knew I was going to like it. But, I didn't know the formula was going to make me love it. 2 coats was great and the flakes were very abundant. 

And after 3 days of working with my hands, no chips!

 I did have to take it off to give my other babies some love, lol.

This polish reminds me of a manicure I wore about a year ago.

China Glaze Strawberry Fields with flakies on top. 

I will show you that at the end of this post.

And below is a manicure I wore back when I had fake nails.

and the bottom one I added flakies, I think it was one Finger Paints.

Please excuse my dry cuticles.

 I was ignorant to the ways of cuticle oil last year.

So, if you can't afford DL-Sweet Dreams. 

This combo is a good substitute.

Hey! I have had this polish since it was released and

 just now thought to wear it...lol.

It looks pretty on, but I think this collection looks better as an accent to a manicure. I have also seen it over black.

China Glaze Liquid Crystal is from the 2012 Prismatic Collection.

China Glaze Liquid Crystal is a blue with purple flash duochrome with multi-colored, multi-sized and various shaped glitter nail polish color.

The application was very easy.

Personally, if you get one of the colors from the collection, you're good. But, the collector me in has them all, lol.
