Glitzology Bad Things

Glitzology Bad Things (1 coat dabbed on)
over
Pebble Beach Ruby Step 4 (1 coat)
Geleous (1 coat)
Top coat (1 coat)

Hey! Here is an awesome indie polish for you to see.
I love this combination.
I started with Pebble Beach Ruby Step 4, just 1 coat.
Then I put 1 dabbed on coat of Glitzology Bad Things.
Then I added Geleous and fast dry top coat.
Super vampy and pretty.

Glitzology describes Bad Things...
"Bad Things was inspired by my love for the show True Blood! It features a very deep red/burgundy jelly base with silver holo glitter and squares, black matte glitter, and red hearts, hexes, and shreds. "

Sinful Colors Ciao Bella!

Sinful Colors Ciao Bella! (2 coats)
with
Max Factor Fantasy Fire accents

Hey, so I wanted to use my Max Factor Fantasy Fire again.
I started with a really pretty shimmer blue
 by Sinful Colors, Ciao Bella!
The formula was great and applied well in 2 coats.
No staining and good dry time.
I put some tape and made a diamond design with Fantasy Fire,
that you really can't see in the pictures.
This manicure was pretty much a fail from what I had in mind.
Oh well!
Thanks for stopping by!

Glitzology Cupid's Arrow

Glitzology Cupid's Arrow (1 coat dabbed on)
over
Wet and Wild Tickled Pink (2 coats)
Geleous (2 coats)
Top coat (1 coat)

Hey! Quick manicure in the spirit of
 Valentine's Day and Pink Wednesdays.
I wasn't crazy about the end result.
But, it was cute enough to wear for the day :)

Glitzology describes this polish...
"This polish is inspired by one of my favorite holidays. Valentine's Day! Even though I was inspired by Valentine's Day, doesn't mean you can't wear this gorgeous color year round! It features a mix of pink and magenta glitters, with pale pink satin hexes, red squares and hexes, magenta shreds, and pink and pale pink hearts!"

Thanks for stopping by!

I just broke my pointer finger nail, excuse the nub.

Close up shot.
See all the pretty glitters?!

Color Club Wild at Heart

Color Club Wild at Heart (2 coats)
with
Max Factor Fantasy Fire (1 coat)

Hey!
I saw someone wear this combination
 and thought I would try.
Color Club Wild at Heart is from the
2009 Fall Wild at Heart Color Club collection.
Wild at Heart is a deep purple that has scatter holographic effects.
It has flash of red in it, which you can see
below in the picture I took with flash.
The red shimmers in the soft box flash photos
are from the Max Factor Fantasy Fire.
I like it.
What do you think?

Color Club Eternal Beauty

Color Club Eternal Beauty (2 coats)
no top coat

Hey, here is one of the new holographic polishes from the
 Color Club Spring/Summer 2013 collection.
Eternal Beauty is a purple shade linear holographic polish.
The shade of purple is between lavender and true purple.
I love this shade of purple.
Like the other Color Club holos,
it only takes 1-2 coats to reach full opacity.
I bought this online for about $6.50.
Very good polish for a great price!

Color Club Cosmic Fate

Color Club Cosmic Fate (2 coats)
no top coat

Hey, here is one of the new holographic polishes from the
 Color Club Spring/Summer 2013 collection.
Cosmic Fate is a light orange toned linear holographic polish.
It is pretty in the sun, of course.
But, it is also very pretty indoors as well.
Like the other Color Club holos,
it only takes 1-2 coats to reach full opacity.
I bought this online for about $6.50.
Very good polish for a great price!

Color Club Love em and Leave em

Color Club Love em and Leave em (2 coats)
no top coat

Hey! I have had this polish for a long time.
Up until recently I stayed away from nudes.
This is the perfect compromise for me.
Its nude, but it's holographic!
Great formula, dried fast with 2 coats and was completely opaque.
Color Club Love em and Leave em is from the 2009 Wild at Heart collection.
I bought this for a couple of bucks at a nail supply.
This is not a linear holo polish, its just a nice scattered holo.

Thanks for reading!

Picture Polish Monroe

piCture pOlish Monroe (3 coats)
No top coat

Hello! This lovely vampy color was given to me
by my awesome Secret Santa.
Monroe is a wine jelly packed full of micro holographic glitters.
It dried so fast, I did not need to add a top coat.
What do you think?

China Glaze Kaleidoscope Him Out with Ariel

China Glaze Kaleidoscope Him Out (4 coats)
Nail decal of Ariel.

Hello! This was my very first holographic polish that I bought.
It is so pretty!
These pictures do not do it justice.
It sparkles in the house and outside.
The formula is really watery, so it takes at least 4 coats for full coverage.
I found this beauty at an old beauty supply last year.
Needless to say I cleaned them out, lol.
China Glaze Kaleidoscope Him Out was discontinued in 2009.
It is a scattered light blue holographic polish with
larger pieces than most holo polishes.
An easier to find substitute would be Milani Cyberspace
I do have a post on that if you click that link you can see it.
At the bottom I put a few swatches of what I wore over the weekend.

China Glaze Kaleidoscope Him Out, 4 coats.
 Sorry for the overexposed picture!

So, I painted me nails a bunch of times this weekend because they kept chipping.
I was cleaning out the garage and cleaning the house and did not wear gloves.
Oopsy :)

Here is another manicure I wore over the weekend,
Ninja Polish Sexy and I Know It (3 coats)
with
Geleous and Top coat.
Here is another manicure I wore over the weekend,
Assorted colors with
Sonoma Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence (1 coat dabbed on)
This was a pain to dab on btw.

Here is another manicure I wore over the weekend,
Pretty & Polished Pinkie Pie (1 coat)
over
OPI If You Moust You Moust
Loved Pinkie Pie's formula.

Here is another manicure I wore over the weekend,

Hey! Love China Glaze Turned Up Turquoise neon. Really pretty color.
It dries fast and a matte sort of finish.
I successfully stamped again! Yay!

This manicure starting chipping after 1 day :(
I did put it through a lot though, lol.

Glitzology Disco Barbie

Glitzology Disco Barbie (1 coat)
over
China Glaze Purple Panic Neon (2 coats)
with
Top coat (1 coat)

Hey, here is a BRIGHT manicure for you to see.
I really like China Glaze Purple Panic Neon and wanted to wear it right away.
I just bought it at the nail supply
and wanted to top it with a glitter polish I haven't tried yet.
I thought Glitzology Disco Barbie would be perfect.
I will be honest.
The formula on Disco Barbie is thick
and it was a little hard to get the diamond and heart glitters out.
Not my favorite from Glitzology.
I did get it for a great price, $5.
What do you think?

 Thanks for reading!
